Russell
O'Brien is an Accredited Certifier with Grade I
accreditation under the Building Surveyors and Allied
Professions Accreditation Scheme. He is accredited
to issue approval of Fire Engineered Alternative
Solutions.
Russell
has been a Building Regulation Consultant for over
twenty two years both in local government and the
private sector. He has worked in Liverpool, Fairfield
and Lane Cove Councils, as well as for Essential
Certifiers and Building Safety Services in the private
sector.
